Hayden Panettiere’s ‘Heroes’ Co-Stars Pay Tribute To Actress: Greg Grunberg, Dania Ramirez, Masi Oka & More

Hayden Panettiere died, and the tributes have been pouring in, remembering the late actress. One of her most memorable roles was Claire Bennet, a high school cheerleader, on Heroes.

The superhero series ran for four seasons on NBC with Panettiere playing Claire throughout the show’s run.

Panettiere’s co-stars like Masi Oka, Greg Grunberg, Dania Ramirez, Sendhil Ramamurthy, and James Kyson Lee have all memorialized their co-star, which you can read below.

Masi Oka, who played Hiro Nakamura, an office worker who can manipulate space-time, shared his reaction on social media after learning about Panettiere’s death.

“Absolutely heartbroken to hear about Hayden. I had the privilege of working closely with her, and I’ll always remember her for her beautiful spirit, immense talent, and the joyful energy she brought to everything she did and the people around her,” Oka shared on X, the microblogging platform formerly known as Twitter. “She was way wiser beyond her years and now gone too soon… My heart goes out to her family and everyone who loved her. Rest in peace, Hayden.”

Greg Grunberg took to Instagram to remember Panettiere with a touching tribute.

“This doesn’t make any sense. So talented, so kind, so loving, so funny, so fearless, so professional, so caring, so young, and will be so missed by so many,” the actor who played LAPD officer Matt Parkman in the sci-fi series wrote. “I remember when I first worked with her, preparing myself for a diva. Man, did she shatter that expectation. I learned so much from her. Watching how she carried herself on and off the set. She was wise and kind beyond her years.”

Dania Ramirez also shared on Instagram a photo with the late actress and captioned it with the following: “My heart aches so much right now. I love you and will always miss you. I take comfort in knowing that I am with you in life and in death because your love and energy has always transcended this dimension. My thoughts are with your daughter and those who truly love you. I know that the ones that got to feel your gifts will forever feel blessed and grateful for you.”
