Unwell, the media company founded by Call Her Daddy’s Alex Cooper is moving into competition series for the first time.
The company is launching Unwell Winter Games, a four-part series that will debut on YouTube. It marks the first competition series for Cooper’s Unwell, which is also behind Hulu dating series Love Overboard. It is part of a strategy to develop more fully self-produced content.
Unwell Winter Games features a litany of embattled reality stars and scammers including Dakota Mortensen and Demi Engemann from The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.
Mortensen is currently at the center of the controversy involving his on-again, off-again partner Taylor Frankie Paul, who was set to star as The Bachelorette before a video of the Mormon wife throwing metal stools at Mortensen, in the presence of her daughter, was leaked online.

Engemann starred in three seasons of Mormon Wives but is not a full cast member on Season 4.
