‘The Madison’: Paramount+ Unveils Trailer & Release Plan For Taylor Sheridan Series Led By Michelle Pfeiffer & Kurt Russell

Horses? Check. Sweeping vistas? Check. A-list stars? Check. It must be a new Taylor Sheridan series.

Paramount+ on Tuesday released the first trailer for Sheridan’s The Madison, which stars Michelle Pfeiffer and Kurt Russell.

“You’ll have as much life as you’ll allow yourself,” Russell says to a bathtub-dwelling Pfeiffer in the first spot for the series, which debuts on the streamer March 14.

“Mine is not a family designed to withstand tragedy,” the Dangerous Minds star says later in the trailer.

The release comes a month after the streamer released a teaser trailer for the series, which shares much of the same footage.

Watch on Deadline

Russell plays Preston Clyburn and Pfeiffer is Stacy Clyburn, whose family moves from Manhattan to the Madison River valley of central Montana after suffering a tragedy.

The series also stars Beau Garrett, Elle Chapman, Patrick J. Adams, Amiah Miller, Alaina Pollack, Ben Schnetzer, Kevin Zegers, Rebecca Spence, Danielle Vasinova, Matthew Fox and Will Arnett.

Produced by Paramount Television Studios, 101 Studios and Bosque Ranch Productions, the series will stream in two tranches, with the first three episodes premiering March 14 and the second three the following week on March 21.

The Madison is Sheridan’s shortest episode run yet but it has been renewed for a second season, which has already been shot, as Deadline revealed last year.

It is executive produced by Sheridan, David C. Glasser, John Linson, Art Linson, Ron Burkle, David Hutkin, Bob Yari, Christina Alexandra Voros, Michael Friedman, Pfeiffer, Russell and Keith Cox. Voros directs all six episodes of the debut season.
