‘The Pitt’ Creator R. Scott Gemmill Signs With UTA

R. Scott Gemmill has new representation.

The creator of The Pitt has signed with United Talent Agency (UTA). It’s been a big couple of years for Gemmill, whose medical drama has become a hit on HBO Max that was recently renewed for a third season as well as an awards darling.

The agency, which signed Gemmill in November, will represent him in all areas.

“Scott is one of television’s most insightful and emotionally resonant storytellers, and The Pitt has quickly become a defining drama of this moment” said UTA Vice Chairman Jay Sures. “We are thrilled to partner with him on this next chapter in his remarkable career.”
