Little Dot Studios has named co-Managing Directors for its U.S. business and promotions in its UK and Germany teams.
Ben Arnold and Charles Wideska will lead Little Dot Studios US, the American arm of the All3Media-backed social media agency, production house and channel operator.
Arnold has been with Little Dot for five years and spent the past two as its L.A.-based SVP, Commercial Operations in the U.S., with Wideska having held an SVP, Head of Finance & Commercial Planning role for the past two years in States. He joined in 2022.
They will jointly lead the US business, overseeing strategy, commercial, and team development, and working closely with the wider global leadership team. Little Dot, which employs more than 500 staff, said this comes after “a period of strong momentum for the U.S. team.”

At the same time in the UK, Monica Giurgiu has been promoted to Director of Strategic Operations, Katie Matthews is upped to Director of Client Services, Fleur Fekkes rises to Head of Creative Production, Sarah Chinnery is promoted Head of Advertising Partnerships and Alice Hyde becomes Deputy General Counsel.
Little Dot Studios Germany has also unveiled two promotions, with Marco Wagner upped to Head of Distribution & Content Strategy and Thomas Konnerth promoted to Head of Network – Germany.
Dan Jones, CEO of Little Dot Studios, has been acting MD of the U.S. office. He has been with the History Hit owner since 2015, and became CEO when company founders Andy Taylor and Selma Turajlic stepped down in 2020.
“These promotions reflect both the growth of our business and the strength of the people who have helped build it,” said Jones. “Ben and Charles have been instrumental in driving the success of our US operation, and their appointments as co-Managing Directors set us up brilliantly for the next phase of expansion, particularly as 2025 was a standout year for the team,” he said.
“At the same time, our UK promotions recognise exceptional leaders whose work underpins our global offering from operations and client services through to creative, commercial partnerships, legal and business affairs. Promoting from within remains core to how we grow Little Dot Studios.”
