‘Industry’ Season 4 Trailer: Yasmin & Harper Are On A Collision Course As New Installment Promises More Power Plays & Psychosexual Mind Games

“We might be standing on the verge of something great,” says Ken Leung’s Eric Tao in the opening moments of HBO‘s newly unveiled trailer for Industry Season 4. “But the work is ugly: It’s anti-status quo, anti-establishment, anti-power.”

“Which part of that is meant to be a problem for us?” questions Myha’la’s Harper Stern, ever-dogged in her pursuit of veneration and vindication in the high-flying, amoral world of corporate finance.

The clip, coming on the heels of last month’s teaser, positions Harper on a collision course with Yasmin (Marisa Abela), as the two frenemies find themselves on opposite aisles of power plays and psychosexual mind games. On one side is Harper, determined to undermine upstart fintech company Tender, helmed by newcomer Max Minghella, who aligns himself with Yasmin and Henry (Kit Harington), newlyweds well past their honeymoon phase. Per the logline, “their twisted friendship begins to warp and ignite under the pressure of money, power, and the desire to be on top.”

Audiences also get further glimpses at newcomers Charlie Heaton, who plays an investigative financial reporter; Kiernan Shipka, an executive assistant who becomes mired in Henry and Yasmin’s relationship; and Toheeb Jimoh, an ally of Harper’s.
