Burn, Knight-Jones, Bisson-Salama and Harvey report to Unterreiner, who in turn reports to PMG CEO and Founder Bejoy Arputharaj. Unterreiner and Harvey are based in Los Angeles, and Burn, Knight-Jones, and Bisson-Salama are based in London.
Unterreiner is promoted from Executive Vice President at PMG, a role he held for a short period following the group’s creation, which we revealed two weeks ago. The former AGBO and Zoic Studios exec will continue to oversee global strategy and operations.

Burn was previously Managing Director of Milk Group, the UK production house Phantom bought earlier this year. He’ll will oversee PMG’s studio operations across North America, the UK and Europe, specifically focusing on Tippett Studio, Milk and Lola Post. In a two-decade career, Burn has held senior positions, including Senior Vice President of Production Operations at MPC and General Manager at DNEG.
Knight-Jones, Milk Group’s Director of Business Development, will take the same post at PMG. Again, he’ll focus on Milk, Lola Post and Tippett Studio. Previous roles include jobs at Untold and MPC.
Bisson-Salama joins from DNEG, where she was Head of Marketing & Communications, while Harvey – a former Annapurna Pictures, MPC and Dupe VFX exec – will focus on building group creative and strategic capabilities, and drive international growth.
“The expansion of PMG’s global leadership team marks another exciting milestone for the group, following the consolidation of our studios into a battle-tested production ecosystem,” said Unterreiner. “The team brings together strategic and operational expertise, strong business acumen, and a deep commitment to PMG’s vision.”
PMG was born out of Arputharaj’s PhantomFX business, which had acquired Milk, Lola Post and Tippett Studio, and launched Spectre Post. The group comprises businesses across the U.S., UK and Asia-Pacific, and is currently working on the likes of Disney’s The Mandalorian and Grogu, Good Omens Season 3 and Walking with Dinosaurs.
“I am looking forward to the team working with our clients, partners and in-house teams to create synergies, unlock new opportunities and further establish PMG as a leading force in the VFX and visual entertainment industry,” said Arputharaj today.
