UPDATED with trailer: We’re getting the first look at On Call, Prime Video‘s upcoming action-packed police drama series from Wolf Entertainment and Universal Television.
On Call stars Troian Bellisario and Brandon Larracuente as a veteran officer and rookie duo who patrol the streets of Long Beach, CA. In the trailer we get very quick glimpses of Lori Loughlin, as Lt. Bishop who can be heard saying “Every move we make is under a microscope,”and also Chicago Fire alum Monica Raymund who guest stars as Officer Maria Delgado.
Cast also includes Eriq La Salle and Rich Ting.

PREVIOUS, Oct. 30: Prime Video has set January 9 for the premiere of On Call, its new half-hour police drama series from Wolf Entertainment and Universal Television, The streamer also released some first-look photos which you can see above and below. All eight episodes will drop on January 9, exclusively on Prime Video in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide.
The series stars previously announced leads Troian Bellisario and Brandon Larracuente. Additional new cast includes Eriq La Salle (ER, Logan), Lori Loughlin (Fuller House) and Rich Ting (Tulsa King). Co-created by Tim Walsh and Elliot Wolf, On Call is an adrenalized and visceral police drama that follows a rookie and veteran officer duo as they go on patrol in Long Beach, California. Incorporating a mixture of bodycam, dash-camera, and cellphone footage to create a cinema verité effect, the innovative series explores the morality of protecting and serving a community.
Bellisario stars as hard-charging but protective veteran officer Traci Harmon, who struggles to find her place in the department while training the next generation of officers. Larracuente portrays Alex Diaz, an ambitious rookie who grapples with holding onto his optimistic outlook as he realizes the challenges he’ll face in today’s climate.
La Salle, who also serves as an executive producer on the series and directed multiple episodes, plays Sergeant Lasman, Loughlin is Lieutenant Bishop, and Ting portrays Sergeant Koyama.
Dick Wolf, Tim Walsh, Elliot Wof, La Salle and Peter Jankowski are executive producers. The series is produced by Universal Television, a division of Universal Studios Group and Amazon MGM Studios in association with Wolf Entertainment.
