Hallmark Media is adding to its executive ranks.
The company has hired Marybeth Sprows as SVP Original Series and promoted Tatiana Erasme to VP Casting and Talent.
The moves reunite Sprows with the company, having previously worked at the then-titled Crown Media before moving to Sony Pictures Television, where she ran its Affirm Television division that produced faith and family programming. Before leaving in 2019, she was VP Original Programming.
Sprows has produced features such as a modern adaption of Little Women; documentary The Dating Project; and made-for-television movies Every Other Holiday, The Town that Came A-Courtin’ and Christmas for a Dollar. She previously worked at Paulist Productions, Imagine Television and Bad Robot.

Erasme was previously Hallmark Media’s director of casting. She joined the company in 2017 and oversees casting operations for Hallmark’s family of actors.
The pair are both based in Los Angeles and report to Head of Programming Michelle Vicary.
It comes after Hallmark Media named Darren Abbott as President last month following the departure of John Matts.
“Compelling series and beloved talent are highly regarded components of our business that bring perpetual joy to our viewers,” said Vicary. “I’m pleased to welcome Marybeth, a veteran producer and storyteller, back to the company where she will amplify Hallmark’s successful trajectory of original series. I’m also proud to celebrate Tatiana’s contributions and her ongoing dedication to her craft, which allow us to shine a spotlight on a sensational repertoire of talent, both longstanding and new, who have helped make Hallmark a place where fandom is ever-growing.”
