It is the latest joint venture for 3BMG, which is behind Secret Lives of Mormon Wives producer Jeff Jenkins Productions, Superluna Studios, which produces Netflix’s Member’s Only: Palm Beach and Bar Rescue producer 3 Ball Productions.
Gelfand’s credits include Vanderpump Villa, Duck Dynasty and Summer House.
Nagorner spent nearly ten years at Warner Bros., initially as assistant to Brooke Karzen, having previously been Chuck Lorre’s assistant. He has worked on series including The Bachelor and The Voice as well as HGTV’s Bachelor Mansion Takeover.
Gelfand said, “Matt and I both value the power of collaboration with talent and production partners and how a unified effort translates to content wins. 3BMG is so supportive in helping us reach our goals, and we’re excited for this new chapter.”
“Our mission is to put talent first and give all of our IMT partners a seat at the table. We’re honored to be part of the 3BMG family and to have Ross and Reinout’s backing as we develop and take our slate to market,” added Nagorner.
“We’ve worked hard to build an environment at 3BMG where creators can flourish and to have witnessed the immense success of our JV partners at JJP and Superluna is incredibly rewarding,” said Oerlemans and Weintraub. “We’re bullish on what Ian and Matt can deliver and are thrilled to have IMT under our banner.”
IMT Productions is represented by Range Media Partners.
