‘He Said, She Said’ Podcast Moving To Staying Relevant Productions

EXCLUSIVE: The production company that I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! winner Sam Thompson runs with Pete Wicks has snapped up rights to the He Said, She Said podcast.

As of today, Staying Relevant Productions will make the podcast, which is presented by Thompson’s sister, Louise Thompson, and her partner, Ryan Libbey. Indie podcast production house Astrid previously made the show, but that contract has come to an end.

The arrangement is being billed as a joint venture, with Staying Relevant producing and distributing across all podcast platforms. Financial terms of the deal weren’t revealed.

Staying Relevant, production house is known for the Staying Relevant podcast, in which Sam Thompson and Wicks, who was a runner-up in Strictly Come Dancing, talk about the lengths celebrities go to remain in the public eye. The pod, which has amassed over 20 million downloads, won the Podcast of the Year award at the 2025 TRIC Awards.

“Twenty-twenty five was such a big and pivotal year for Staying Relevant Productions and Staying Relevant the podcast, including headlining the O2 Arena, a Sunday Times Best-Selling book, and a legendary podcast Vegas trip,” said the company’s co-founders in a statement to Deadline.

“This year we are going even bigger and better so we couldn’t be happier to start 2026 by officially announcing He Said, She Said is now with Staying Relevant Productions. Louise and Ryan have created such a brilliant podcast, with a loyal, dedicated audience, so we can’t wait to take it to new heights under our own production company. I am absolutely buzzing to be working with my sister, and Ryan. To have both of our podcasts under one roof is such a special feeling. The sky’s the limit in terms of our podcast productions so watch this space.”

The He Said She Said podcast sees Louise Thompson and Libbey, who are a couple and have a child together, discussing the difficult conversations that come up in relationships.

“I’m so excited to be moving He Said, She Said to Staying Relevant Productions,” said Louise Thompson. “The podcast has always been about real conversations, told with honesty, humour, and heart, and this feels like the perfect home for its next chapter. Working with my brother’s team means we get to level up creatively, while keeping everything that makes the show feel intimate, unfiltered, and genuinely us.”

All of the key players involved in the agreement came up through British reality TV – the Thompson siblings and Libbey were on Made in Chelsea and Wicks on The Only Way is Essex. They have since branched into content creation, TV presenting and podcasting, with Sam Thompson and Wicks teaming to create Staying Relevant Productions, whose content has garnered over 30 million views on Instagram and 16 million views on TikTok.

Staying Relevant Productions’ team will now devise and implement a new social media strategy for He Said, She Said to expand its digital presence.
