The New England Patriots and the Seattle Seahawks will face off at Super Bowl LX following their NFL Conference Championship wins.
Super Bowl LX is set to take place on Sunday, February 8, at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California, and the last football Sunday before the big game saw the last four teams playing for a shot at the Vince Lombardi Trophy.
The New England Patriots faced the Denver Broncos for the AFC crown, while the Los Angeles Rams faced the Seattle Seahawks for the NFC crown.

The Broncos hosted the Patriots at Empower Field at Mile High in Denver, Colorado, at the AFC Championship game. With Bo Nix out of the game following an injury, there was a lot of talk around Denver’s backup quarterback, Jarrett Stidham, leading up to the game. The Broncos led early in the game, but before the first half ended, the Patriots tied it.
A snowstorm quickly took over in the second half of the bout, making it a little tricky to make plays. Both teams missed various field goal attempts. By the end of the third quarter, the Patriots had taken the lead 10-7, which the team led by Drake Maye protected to win the AFC Conference.
The Seattle Seahawks hosted the Los Angeles Rams at Lumen Field in Seattle, Washington, with the host team scoring first for an early lead. A back-and-forth battle would later put the Rams ahead, following two field goals and a touchdown, swinging momentum their way. However, the Seahawks didn’t give up easily and took the lead again after scoring another touchdown before the first half ended, leaving the score 13-17.
A mistake by the Rams’ Special Teams put their game at risk, with the Seahawks scoring on a turnover, widening their lead. However, the Rams quickly answered to that mistake, marching down the field for a touchdown that put more points on the scoreboard, giving them 20 versus the Seahawks’ 24.
Ultimately, the Rams were unable to overtake the Seahawks, who went on to win the NFC Conference and the George Halas Trophy.
