College Football Playoff National Championship: How To Watch Indiana Vs. Miami On TV & Online

UPDATED with latest: The College Football Playoff is down to two teams, with the consensus No. 1 seed Indiana looking to finish off its undefeated season against the University of Miami in the CFP National Championship game Monday, January 19.

ESPN is airing the game, taking place in Miami’s home Hard Rock Stadium, with the kickoff set for 7:50 p.m. ET/4:50 p.m. PT. The network per usual is employing its “MegaCast” offense with 14 different presentations of the game (SkyCast, Coaches Film Room, Hometown Radio, etc.) across ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, ESPNEWS, ACC Network, ESPN Radio, ESPN Deportes and ESPN Unlimited, with streaming on ESPN app and ESPN DTC.

Pregame coverage begins at 5 p.m. ET/2 p.m. PT on ESPN with College GameDay with host Rece Davis and Kirk Herbstreit, Desmond Howard, Pat McAfee and Nick Saban.

As for game coverage, Chris Fowler and Herbstreit will call their 12th consecutive CFP National Championship together on the main ESPN telecast, joined by sideline reporters Holly Rowe (Indiana) and Molly McGrath (Miami). ESPN2 will feature Field Pass with The Pat McAfee Show anchored by McAfee also on the sidelines.

The Spanish-language call on ESPN Deportes will be handled by Eduardo Varela, Pablo Viruega, Sebastian M. Christensen and Carlos Nava announcing the action. On ESPN Radio, Sean McDonough and analyst Greg McElroy will be in the booth.

Indiana is seeking its first-ever national title and an undefeated season behind Heisman-winning quarterback Fernando Mendoza. Miami, a former championship powerhouse, is trying for its sixth title and first since 2001.

The CFP kicked off with four first-round games Friday, December 19, and Saturday, December 20, with the quarterfinals taking place New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. Quarterfinal winners moved on to the semifinals January 8-9, leading to the CFP National Championship.
