Adolescence co-creator Stephen Graham is getting into business with Disney.
Graham and Hannah Walters’ Matriarch Productions has struck a two-year first-look deal in the UK with Disney+, which will “span original scripted and unscripted series, bringing compelling British stories to audiences around the world,” the streamer said.
Matriarch makes boxing drama A Thousand Blows for Disney+, which stars both Graham and Walters and has just launched its second season. The pair’s star has soared of late with the continued success of Netflix’s Adolescence, which just won a number of awards at the Golden Globes.
