A day after the premiere of Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Deathwatch, Netflix has renewed the adult animated series for a second season. Liev Schreiber leads the voice cast of the series, the first adaptation of the popular video game franchise, which comes from Derek Kolstad, creator of the hit John Wick film franchise.
One day in, Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell has been able to break into Netflix’s Daily Top 10 in the US, ranking at No. 10 Wednesday.
In the series, legendary agent Sam Fisher (Schreiber) is drawn back into the field when a wounded young operative seeks out his help. Kirby Howell-Baptiste voices Zinnia Mckenna in the series written by Kolstad and directed by Guillaume Dousse, with Félicien Colmet-Daage as co-director.
