The 77th Emmy Awards will kick off awards season in style at the Peacock Theater at LA Live in downtown Los Angeles, and Hollywood is gearing up for the ceremony Sunday, September 14 with a series of pre-parties and events.
The red carpet was officially rolled out at the press preview Thursday by Emmy host and comedian Nate Bargatze. He was joined by show producers Jesse Collins and Jeannae Rouzan-Clay of Jesse Collins Entertainment, as well as Television Academy chairman Cris Abrego.

Leading up to Sunday’s Emmys, Macro hosts the “One House Toast to the Emmys,” a celebration honoring and supporting Asian Pacific and other multicultural Emmy-nominated artists and creators, with a special recognition for nominee Bowen Yang. Gersh partied Thursday, to be followed by bashes over the weekend including BAFTA Tea Party, the MPTF’s Annual ‘Night Before’ benefit, the FX Networks Vanity Fair nominee party, and Warner Bros. Television Group Emmy party.
There will be six big parties after the show to allow the talent to let their hair down: the Governors Awards, HBO, Disney, Netflix, Apple TV+ and Bargatze’s Friends & Family party in partnership with UTA, Brillstein Entertainment and Nateland.
