A Complete Unknown and Mission Impossible: The Final Reckoning took top Motion Picture honors at the 12th annual Location Managers Guild International Awards Saturday in Santa Monica. TV winners included 1923, The Studio and The Penguin.
Hosted by Rachael Harris (Suits, Diary of a Wimpy Kid), the awards outstanding filming locations that set the tone and enhance the narrative for international features, television and commercials.
Two-time Oscar winner Kevin Costner was honored with the Eva Monley Award for his dedication to storytelling through locations featured in works such as Dances with Wolves, The Bodyguard, Field of Dreams, Yellowstone and, most recently, Horizon: An American Saga.
Make-A-Wish Greater Los Angeles received the LMGI Humanitarian Award for its commitment to making a significant impact on the lives of children and their families through the transformative power of a wish. And veteran Location Manager Ilt Jones received the LMGI Lifetime Achievement Award, presented by producer Ian Bryce (6 Underground).
