Hallmark Channel‘s first-ever transformational series The Motherhood has a start date.
The series that’s hosted by Connie Britton (The White Lotus) will launch May 5 at 8 p.m. ET/PT with two first episodes. The rest will air every Monday through June 2, and the next day on Hallmark+.
The Motherhood marks Hallmark’s return to unscripted programming in its primetime lineup. Each of the six one-hour episodes follows Britton, a single mother herself, as she connects with another single mother who is juggling the demands of work, parenting, and self-care.
Over the course of a week, Britton and three coaches — DIY and home design specialist Angela Rose, parenting coach Destini Davis, and stylist Taryn Hicks— will help the mom create a better living space, while helping to refresh her wardrobe and give her parenting advice.

This is Hallmark’s first-ever lifestyle transformation series. It was created by Britton and produced by Queer Eye‘s Scout Productions.
“Hallmark brings a unique dynamic to the unscripted genre that is largely untouched across the industry,” said Hallmark Media head of unscripted, David Stefanou. “The stories we tell live and breathe universal themes of care, connection, family, and heart – all of which are longstanding, core tenets of the Hallmark brand that people know and love. Thanks to Connie Britton’s passion and vision for The Motherhood, this series is the perfect way to bring this positive impact to a broad audience, showcasing deserving women and the communities that come together to make a lasting impact on their lives.”
EPs are Britton, Michael Williams, David Collins, Renata Lombardo, Eric Korsh, Larissa A.K. Matsson, and Rob Eric.
